Software developer Numdata acquired by Deli Home
Deli Home, a participation of NPM Capital, producer and distributor of constructive & decorative home products, announces its acquisition of Numdata, manufacturer of design, planning and production systems for the furniture industry.
Numdata is the manufacturer of online configurators, including the Deli Home wardrobe configurator. Deli Home is therefore delighted to announce that it has acquired Numdata to give shape to further developments in collaboration with its software development branch Unicon Creation. Furniture design and production is a complex process. Numdata makes this easy for the user with its digital solutions. This is perfectly aligned with Deli Home’s vision to make complex custom solutions simple. This makes craftsmanship accessible to everyone and allows Deli Home to continue to build the digital carpentry factory of the future.
