Deli Home develops a proposition to implement solutions that address identified barriers in the customer journey of professionals. The development of the platform has already been kickstarted by a diverse venture team of digital and product category experts supported by a development partner.
To accelerate the roll-out of this venture, Deli Home is looking for a:
Head of Proposition
As Head of Proposition, you are responsible for the development and optimization of the proposition, both from a commercial and proposition building perspective. Your main purpose is to ensure that the proposition is positioned successfully in the market by addressing the needs of the target customer and attracting customers to the proposition. That means, on the one hand, that you ensure a successful commercial go-to-market strategy as Commercial Lead and, on the other hand, you continuously improve and further develop the proposition based on customer insights as interim Product Owner together with the development team. Thereby, you optimize both commercial strategy and proposition development.
You make business decisions and operate by following the customer-first mindset. You are highly analytical and service-oriented, while at the same time have a great business sense. You have the drive to build a digital proposition and redefine best-practice customers experience to engage our customers in the most awesome way possible. You understand that this includes a closed ‘test and learn’ feedback loop with the customer to identify and address the right needs and barriers.
You’re a strong negotiator that has an excellent eye for relationship building, managing (conflicting) interest and demands from different stakeholders in the value chain, and creating sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships. You understand the stakeholder needs, the customer journeys and its processes and translate them into concrete improvements how to grow towards the desired end-state.
You’ll closely work with the venture team and lead and further develop the customer workstreams. Operating at the edge of IT & business environments is common practice for you, and you understand that business requirements are leading for technical trade-offs. You are up to date with trends and opportunities, particularly in the construction space.
