Safety Performance
Health and safety is a high priority at Deli Home. Our goal in this area is to achieve 0 lost time injuries. Our efforts in this area resulted in a significant improvement in 2022 compared to 2021.
We saw a 43% reduction in lost time accidents and a 73% reduction in lost time days due to accidents compared to 2021. This is due to improved measures at all our sites, including more safety audits, sharing of safety alerts and increased awareness among our employees.
In 2023, we will continue our efforts to eliminate lost time accidents as much as possible to further develop our culture of safe work.
